Neodymium doped yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd:YAG)

Nd: YAG is the first and most famous laser crystal. Since many advantages of Nd: YAG have been found, it has been widely used as a near infrared solid-state laser and its frequency multiplier, frequency tripler and high-order frequency multiplier
